Salted Caramel Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • splash of vanilla

  • 2 tbsp flax seed meal

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 2 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • handful of chocolate chips

  • sprinkle of sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan add the almond milk and oats. Turn heat on medium high and let the mixture start to boil.

  2. Once boiling, add a splash of vanilla extract and stir.

  3. Add flax seed meal and continue to stir until your oats reach desired consistency.

  4. Transfer the oats to a bowl then add sliced banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.

  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
