Birthday Cake Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted and cooled)

  • splash of vanilla

  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix oats, maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips in a bowl. 

  3. Spread onto the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes (or until the edges get crispy).

  4. Let cool for 30 minutes (this is the most important part! You have to let it cool fully before breaking apart the granola-that's the key to getting those big chunks!)
