Zucchini Parm Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 sliced zucchinis (sliced very thin!)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.

  2. Slice the zucchini into very thin 'chips' and place in a medium size bowl.

  3. Add in the olive oil, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the bowl.

  4. Using your hands, mix everything together. Make sure all the zucchini is covered and properly seasoned.

  5. Place the zucchini on a baking sheet and spread it out (crowding the pan will prevent the zucchini from crisping up, so make sure there is enough room between each 'chip')

  6. Bake in the oven for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
