Buffalo Cauliflower & Healthy Ranch Dressing
Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower 
- 1/2 cup almond flour 
- 1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk but any milk works!) 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper 
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce 
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted and cooled) 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl. 
- Add the almond flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until the cauliflower is completely coated. 
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 
- While the cauliflower is baking, combine the melted coconut oil and buffalo sauce in a bowl and mix together. 
- After 20 minutes, take the cauliflower out of the oven. Add the cauliflower to a clean mixing bowl and cover it with the buffalo sauce mixture. Mix until all the cauliflower is completely coated in the sauce. 
- Place the cauliflower back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 20 minutes in the oven. 
- Take out, cool, pair with some sauce, and enjoy! 
Healthy Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 container of plain greek yogurt 
- 1/4 tsp honey 
- 1 tbsp chopped chives 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp onion powder 
- 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper 
Directions:
- In a bowl combine the yogurt, honey, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 
- Mix together, serve, and enjoy!
