Brownie Batter Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk 
- 1/2 cup oats 
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips 
- 1 tsp nut butter 
- 1 tbsp maca powder (optional) 
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds (optional) 
Directions:
- Heat 1 cup of almond milk in a saucepan on the stove at high heat. 
- Once the milk is bubbling, lower the heat to medium and add in 1/2 cup of oats. 
- Stir oats until you reach desired thickness. 
- Once thick, add in cocoa powder (and maca powder and ground chia seeds if you choose to use them). 
- Transfer the oats to a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon on top, and then top with nut butter, chocolate chips, and any other toppings of your choice.
