Beyond "Meatballs"
Ingredients:
"Meatballs"
- 1 pack of ground beyond "meat" 
- 5 cloves of garlic (chopped) 
- 2 cheese sticks 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 1 tsp oregano 
- 1 tsp dried basil 
- salt & pepper 
Zoodles/Pasta
- 2 zucchinis (spiralized) OR pasta of your choice 
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce 
- fresh basil 
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 
Directions:
"Meatballs"
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
- In a bowl, add the "meat", chopped garlic, onion powder, oregano, and dried basil. Using your hands, combine all ingredients. 
- Separately, cut the cheese sticks into equally sized cubes. 
- Using a tablespoon, measure out the "meatballs". Press the "meatball" into a flat shape in your hand, place a cube of cheese in the middle, and mold the "meat" around the cheese to form a ball. 
- Place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool while preparing your zoodles/pasta.
