Lemon Tahini Pasta

Ingredients:

  • pasta of your choosing

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil water on high heat.

  2. Salt pasta water (optional).

  3. Cook pasta according to box directions.

  4. Add tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt & pepper.

  5. Strain pasta & add back to the pot.

  6. Add 1/2 of the sauce to the pasta (save the rest for later or make a double serving!).

  7. Top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
