Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • splash of vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life mini chips!)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray.

  2. Combine and mix the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
