Strawberry Crumble Squares
Ingredients:
Squares
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour 
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled) 
- 3 tbsp maple syrup 
Strawberry Jam
- 1 cup strawberries (washed and sliced) 
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 
Crumble
- 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp almond flour 
- 1 tbsp maple syrup 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 
Directions:
Squares
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
- Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup together in a bowl. 
- Bake in an 8x8 baking dish for 13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. 
Strawberry Jam
- In a sauce pan, cook the strawberries on medium low heat until they are melted down. Add in the chia seeds and continue to stir until thoroughly combined. 
- After the squares are cooled, top them with the strawberry jam. 
Crumble
- Mix the almond flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a bowl. Crumble the mixture on top of the strawberry jam. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
