Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower 
- 1.5 tbsps of olive oil 
- 1/2 squeezed lemon 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp sea salt 
- 1 tsp pepper 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
- Wash and rinse the cauliflower head. Peel off the leaves and cut the stem so that the cauliflower will be able to sit firmly on a baking sheet or cooking pan. 
- In a large pot, boil water on high heat. Once the water is boiling, place the cauliflower in the water with the stem side up. Boil for 10 minutes. 
- While the cauliflower is boiling, mix the olive oil, squeezed lemon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together. 
- Take the cauliflower out of the water and place it on your baking dish or pan. Brush the cauliflower with the seasoned mixture. 
- Roast in the oven for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle some sea salt on top and serve!
