Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour 
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- 1 egg 
- 1/2 cup nut butter (I used PB) 
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled) 
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. 
- In a bowl combine almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, egg, nut butter, and coconut oil and mix. 
- Fold in the chocolate chips. 
- Form into 12 cookies and place on the tray. 
- Bake for 12 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
