Banana Bread Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub agave or honey)

  • 2 tbsp nondairy milk (can sub milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (can sub canola oil, avocado oil, or butter)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a mixing bowl mix mash the bananas. Add in maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil. Mix together until combined.

  3. Add in GoNanas Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix. Add in the oats and mix until combined.

  4. Spread the mixture out on your baking sheet so that it covers the whole pan (like a sheet).

  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes (this is essential to getting those chunks!).

  6. Break apart and enjoy!
